If the score of the dealers hand is 4 and the players 3rd card duration is between 2 and 7, he must draw a 3rd card

If the score of the dealers hand is 5 and the players 3rd card duration is between 4 and VII, he must draw a 3rd card

If the score of the dealers hand is 6 and the players 3rd card is 6 or 7, he must draw a 3rd card.

If the score of the dealers hand is 7, he cannot draw a 3rd card.
